You will find there examples on how to use
ITK and VTK together.

Please add to your CMakeLists.txt file the line

INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES( ${myProject_SOURCE_DIR} )

where "myProject" must be replaced with the
string that you put in the PROJECT() command
at the top of your CMakeLists.txt file.
