[Insight-users] 3D Affine Transformation

Hello,

I have been attempting to perform a 3-D affine
transformation (not registration). I've gone through
the examples in Ch. 6 and Ch. 8 of the Software Guide,
but they don't help that much. Specifically, I want to
skew and shear my image. What does the matrix for
SetMatrix look like? My image is 512x512x139.
