[Insight-users] How use itk in visual CXX

Hi

I try to do my own project to pass M.Sc. 
I compile ITK (Cmake) for Visual CXX 2003 and Build All.
I was able run several example includ in ITK. But don't know how start my own project.
I followed "getting started I and II".

Here is whot I would like (try) do for start:
-create form,
-place button,
-under button place function which run (starts):
     * reading image,
     * some filter,
     * and writing filtered image.
I don't know how to do that. 
Coul somebody schow me some simple project which I coul study to learn how it works, and how place (define) single part of project.
