[Insight-users] VolView Confidence connected

Hello,

I've been doing some experiments with VolView to see which segmentation 
algorithm is best for what I am trying to do. I found that the Confidence 
Connected algorithm gives good results, so I implemented it on C++ but I 
can't get the same results I get with VolView, even using the same 
parameters for the filter.

Is there any preprocessing that VolView applies to images before applying 
the filters?
