Hi Guji,

There was no change made in CableSwig during the patch 1 of ITK 2.0,
that's the reason why you dont find (and don't need) a CableSwig 2.0.1.


The modifications for Patch 1 were done only in Insight and
InsightApplications.

You should simply use the CableSwig of release 2.0.0
