[Insight-users] cannot call GetNumberOfIterations on wrapped itkDemonsRegistrationFilter

Dear list,

In the Python wrappings of the latest Insight CVS,
GetNumberOfIterations() and SetNumberOfIterations() of the
DemonsRegistrationFilter are not getting wrapped.  Its wrapped parent,
PDEDeformableRegistrationFilter doesn't have these calls either, but
its wrapped grandparent, DenseFiniteDifferenceImageFilter, does.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
