[Insight-users] FastMarchingImageFilter

The FastMarchingImageFilter seems to process the image in the unit of
pixels.  Is it possible to take the physical size of a pixel into
consideration and make sure it is marching in physical space?  Or make
it more flexible, can we set different Marching speed for different
dimensions? It seems that the current function SetSpeedConstant() only
accept a scalar.
