Here are several options



A) You will find a number of Abdominal CT
    datasets under

    ftp://public.kitware.com/pub/itk/Data/LiverTumor

    however those data sets have slice spacing of 5mm.



B) You may browse on

             http://www.mypacs.net/

    among the public datasets.


C) You may request the Visible Human dataset.
    The CT dataset is 1mm inter-slice spacing.
    The Visible Human data is distibuted for
    free. You simply need to fill a form accoding
    to the instructions in the following link:

    http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/visible/visible_human.html
