[Insight-users] Using Neighborhood Iterator to convolve with arbitrary kernel

I am working on a function to convolve a 2D image with a custom kernel. I do
not want to use the built-in convolution function, rather neighborhood
iteration. It is possible to use the innerProduct method for this? How can I
specify the custom kernel?
