Hi Raghu,
Simple:
Use any of the Rigid3DTrnasform derived classes.

Note that you must use the derived classes,
not this transform itself.
Please look at the example:
Insight/Examples/Registration/
ImageRegistration8.cxx
It uses the VersorRigid3DTransform.
