[Insight-users] how to checkout itk with wincvs?

i use wincvs on my win2000
In Preference
CVSROOT = pserver: anoncvs@www.itk.org :/cvsroot/Insight
Authentication = "passwd" file on the cvs server

and i use proxy

then login...
blank password, enter

but it tells me:
NEW CVSROOT: pserver: anoncvs@www.itk.org :/cvsroot/Insight (password authentication using a proxy)
cvs login 
(Logging in to pserver: anoncvs@www.itk.org )
Fatal error, aborting.
pserver:anoncvs: no such user
cvs login: authorization failed: server www.itk.org rejected access to /cvsroot/Insight for user pserver:anoncvs
*****CVS exited normally with code 1*****
