Hi Casper,

Please verify that you setup the
environment variable:

      TCLLIBPATH

as specified in the file

  Insight/Wrapping/CSwig/README



" - set the TCLLIBPATH variable to
   ITK-build/Wrapping/CSwig/Tcl/[Release|Debug]"
