[Insight-users] how to use DeformableRegistration1

Hi Wavelethe,

The parameter file for this example
is available at:

   Insight/Examples/Data/
     FiniteElementRegistrationParameters1.txt

You run the DeformableRegistration example by
first editing the parameter in order to indicate
the filenames of your images; then you run the
executable in the command line by giving the
parameter file as argument:

Something like

   DeformableRegistration1
       FiniteElementRegistrationParameters1.txt

(in a single command line).


Did you read already the description of this
example in the SoftwareGuide ?
