Hi Zein,

This filter has never been part
of the main ITK source tree.

You will find it in the InsightApplications
checkout under the directory:


   InsightApplications/Auxiliary/vtk

Note that you *must* use "Insight" and
"InsightApplications" of the same
date/release.
