Hi,
I'd like to use F.E. to register an brain surface (in 3D).
I must use a given initial mesh composed of triangles.
This mesh must be deformed to the deformed brain (given too).
I'd like to use image-computed forces (like balloon or GVF).
Can someone tell me where to find an exemple of this kind ?
