In my itk pipeline, I'm using a meta image (mhd) as input and a meta image as output. This pipeline is in a loop. The problem is whenever, I change filename for the output it only saves a new name for mhd file but it does not save a new the raw filename. Actually, the new saved mhd files all contain the same raw filename!!! Any idea? Majeid
