I have built ITK a few times on Mac OS X (including recent checkouts CVS),
without any problems.  What CMake settings did you change (from the
default)?  Perhaps you could attach your CMakeCache.txt?  Also, please
include the version of gcc/XCode you are using.  It would make it easier to
diagnose.
