[Insight-users] Finland embraces Open Access

Greetings all,

I came across an interesting brief in a recent New Scientist magazine
regarding the govnernment of Finland endorsing Open Access scientific
publishing.  All 250,000 Finnish researchers (from all of the nation's
universities and research institutes) will be able to publish at no charge
under the agreement, and the articles will be freely available under Open
Access.
