Hi Mike,
Yes. If don't already have CMake installed, you need to get it at
http://www.cmake.org/HTML/Index.html. It doesn't come with ITK.
It's fairly trivial to install. Just ./configure, make, make install
and it's all set. There is documentation on their site.
