[Insight-users] Where to find itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h

Hi Carole,

The files

      itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h
      itkImageToVTKImageFilter.txx
      itkVTKImageToImageFilter.h
      itkVTKImageToImageFilter.txx

are available in

      InsightApplications/Auxiliary/vtk

Just copy the files into the source code
directory of  your project.

You will find the same information in the FAQ page
