[Insight-users] CVS build on linux

I'm trying to build ITK from the CVS sources, and I'm having some
problems when compiling.

The build fails when trying to build the  Insight/Utilities/NrrdIO directory:

/u4/askliu/tmp/cvsInsight/Insight/Utilities/NrrdIO: building default_target
make[4]: *** No rule to make target `default_target'.  Stop.
make[3]: *** [default_target_NrrdIO] Error 2
make[2]: *** [default_target] Error 2
make[1]: *** [default_target_Utilities] Error 2
make: *** [default_target] Error 2

Is there some way around this?
