Hi Radhika,


Yes, there is an example called:


       ResampleVolumesToBeIsotropic.cxx

In


       Insight/Examples/Filtering



Note that it assumes the common case of
a volume having

           spacingX  ==  SpacingY
and       spacingX  <<  SpacingZ


Simply compile this example, and invoke
it in the command line giving it the
filenames of the input and outputs images.

Note that in addition to resampling, this
example is also doing intensity windowing.
You may want to remove the intensity windowing
filter.
