[Insight-users] FEM deformable registration

Hi,

I'm trying to use the fem deformable registration filter but I'm not at
all successful with this method: The results I get are either just a
little bit registered, get badly deformed or disappear completely.
I am using images with just one material and background (basically
black-white images). Has someone already successfully used this filter?
What parameters were working well for your images?
