[Insight-users] MultiResMIReg paramfile (simple question)

One approach could be to modify
\InsightApplications\MultiResMIRegistration\Common\SimpleAppInputParser.t=
xx
such that you hard code the fixed parameters in the constructor and =
comment
out the reading in of these parameters in the Execute method.
