[Insight-users] Build error with CVS

Hi Luis,

I have realized now that the problem was with the compiler, not with my
CVS version of ITK.  With the re-installed VC++ compiler everything
compiled fine!  Don't ask me why I needed to reinstall the compiler!! :)
