Hey all,
I fixed my problem with GeodesicActiveContour. It turns out that I was =
using an image with only 3 slices, but the Gaussian filter requires at =
least 4, so that was causing the error. Now I'm using a set with 10 =
slices, and things seem to be working.
Thanks,
Geremy
