[Insight-users] Problem with Analyze format

Hi Luis and Jim,
There appears to be a problem with the Analyze format. When I read in an
unsigned 16 bit integer data, and write it out in Analyze format, the header
that goes with the .img file appears incompatible so I cannot view it
properly however, when I try to read in the same .img file as a raw image
with my viewer and set the dimensions myself, then I can see the image
correctly. This tells me the image is created correctly however, the header
information for some reason is messed up.
Can you help figure out what the problem is?
