Hi Luis,
I read in a DICOM series that had unsigned short data and I wrote it back in
Analyze format. I find I get scrambled data.
However, when I write it back as raw, and view it with ImageJ where I can
set the Endian type of the data, I find the data looks okay. Even the
scrambled data which I got from the Analyze format, I can save as raw in
ImageJ and see that that is correct when I am able to set the Endianness of
the file. However, I don't want to save my results in raw if I can avoid it.
I tried playing with SetByteToOrderToSmallEndian etc but it did not change
things.
So basically my question is, with Analyze format, is there a way to set the
Endianness of the output file? Since Analyze format is the most convenient
for me at this point, I would prefer to use this format.
Thanks
Radhika
