Hi Luis,
I had a question regarding Endianness. I am working on a machine which is
small Endian. My data is all in DICOM format which I think is big Endian.
I know that with the SetByteToBigEndian option I can set the Endianness of
input data. Is there a way to write out the result image in a preferred
Endian format? For example although my code is running on a small Endian
machine, I can set it to write in BigEndian format. Is this only supported
by some output IO types like MetaImageFormat or could I choose to write even
in Analyze format and be able to set output to preferred Endian?
Could you let me know?
Thanks
Radhika
