DON'T DO THAT !
The whole purpose of the CenteredTransformInitializer is to
get the values of the translation that will make the transform
rotate around the center of the image. If you set them to zero
the transform will now apply rotations around the corner of the
image.
Just let the Initializer compute the initial center and pass
this directly to the optimizer.
10 degrees is not a big rotation, the optimizer can easily take
care of this value starting from a zero degress rotation.

-- What is the image modality of the fixed Image ?
-- What is the image modality of the moving Image ?
