Hi Luis,

I have a set of binary images and I need to generate a signed distance 
map from them. As far as I understand the 
itk::DanielssonDistanceMapImageFilter generates a distance map which is 
not signed. Is there any other filter I could use for this purpose ?

generates a distance map which is not signed. Is there any other
filter I could use for this purpose ?
