For computing Fourier Transforms with ITk
you may use the classes:

http://www.itk.org/Insight/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1FFTComplexConjugateToRealImageFilter.html
http://www.itk.org/Insight/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1FFTRealToComplexConjugateImageFilter.html


Note that the classical approach of computing
correlation in direct space or computing products
on Fourier space only works for translations.

The template must have the same orientation and
scale as the object you expect to locate in the
image.
