[Insight-users] FastChamferDistancaImageFilter

Hi all:

I'm sure it's quite simple but i have problem with it. How can I build
the itkFastChamferDistancaImageFilter? I have change in the
DanielssonDistanceMap.cxx file, which comes with the examples, the lines
related with the FilterType but something is not working. Is it that
simple? Where can I find more information about
itkFastChamferDistancaImageFilter; it is not enought for a beginner like
me the doxygen help pages.
