Hi, Hari:
Yes, at this point, there is no reliable implementation of 3D Voronoi
Diagram itself.
and therefore VoronoiSegmentationImageFilter only works in 2D.
for 3D images, it is possible to use VoronoiSegmentationImageFilter
to process slice by slice, while parameters for segmentation can/should be
the same across the volume.
