Hi Luis,
i think my last question wasn't clear at all, sorry about that. I meant is there a way to use DicomSeriesReadImageWrite or other classes in ITK to sort the volume from time series ( since MRIConvert is an application .exe file, i cannot include in my code)...Thanks again for the trouble
