[Insight-users] SoftwareGuide_CVS-version

Hello,

by trying to get the ITK-CVS source I downloaded the
folder called SoftwareGuide and tried to "make" it via
cmake, because it had a CMakeLists.txt.
On SuSe Linux 9.1 I only get errors after Latex
invocation. I'm tired of trying to figure out the
errors.

Is this book the 1.8 version? If so, is there a chance
that you make it avaible as a pdf-file? It would save
me a lot of sleep...
