In trying to compile DigitallyReconstructedRadiograph1.cxx there seems
to be a bug in Euler3DTransform. The compile fails with the message:
c:\...\insighttoolkit-1.8.1\code\common\itkcenteredeuler3dtransform.txx(
204) : error C2039: 'GetComputeZYX' : is not a member of
'CenteredEuler3DTransform<double>'
Looking at itkEuler3DTransform.h, where according to the docs
GetComputeZYX should be declared, there is only the method:
void ComputeZYX(bool compute) {m_ComputeZYX = compute;}
So it looks like something is out of sync. This is in a fairly recent
download of ITK 1.8.1.
