Hi Antoine,

Are you sure that you have a GCC "4.0"  ?

    You probably meant GCC "3.4" ...



According to the GCC-GNU web page,

http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/develop.html#future

GCC 4.0 is only scheduled to be released in

          "early 2005, TENTATIVELY"


which in software-language means...

          "maybe at the end of 2005".
