[Insight-users] Regarding the Conductance value for the Anisotropic Diffusion function

Hi,
    I am using the GradientAnisotropicDiffusionImageFilter, could anybody
suggest the valid and appropriate values for the    
    Conductance parameter. Can it take negative values also?. 
    I am using 2D and 3D gray scale images.
