[Insight-users] Runtime exception error in ImageFileReader class with bcc55

Hi,

strange enough I get exception errors when running
programs that use the ImageFileReader class (ITK 1.8,
BCC55). 
As soon as I try to access an ImageFileReader object
(in this case reading in a file) either with the
member function 'Update' or 'GetOutput' (e.g. the
example ImageReadWrite.cxx provided in the Insight
source tree) an exception is raised in a dialog box. I
do not get any further error message specifying the
problem. By inserting hand coded error messages, I
know that the exception is raised in the above
mentioned member function. 
Has anybody encountered a similar problem with bcc55
(vc6 works fine)? Any idea how I could get a better,
i.e. more specific error message?
