[Insight-users] Getting started with ITK

Thanks for that -
I had a colleague help me out and we found the .sln file this
afternoon, having posted before lunch... and about 2 hours (!!!)
later it had finished building. And this is a brand-new computer
too!
That was the missing step!!! Thanks again.
