[Insight-users] Analyze format questions: incorrect files

Radkika,
I've the analyze reader in ITK can handle images created on any platform
from any platform. This is even regression tested every night, and I use
it on both big and little endian machines all the time. I would
guess that somehow your image was somehow created incorrectly.
