Hi Radhika,

I opened your Analyze header files with MRIcro (http://www.psychology.nottingham.ac.uk/staff/cr1/mricro.html)
and they differ in a) the scale field and b) endianess.
In the attached header file, I set the scale field to 1 so you can see if a) is the problem.
If you only want to convert DICOM to Analyze, you might also consider using MRIcro or - imho even better -
MRIConvert (http://lcni.uoregon.edu/~jolinda/MRIConvert) instead of ITK.
