[Insight-users] Using Vector Fuzzy Connectedness

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know what SetSuppressBckgFlag in the VectorFuzzyConnectednessImageFilter class does?
The comments in VectorFuzzyConnectednessImageFilter.h do not describe this flag.
