Hi,

I am trying to run the DeformableModel1 using input and binary image as
mentioned in the comments. However this results in termination of program
when the input image is tried to be updated.

Can someone let me know, if the images I am using are correct (2D/ 3D)? Has
anyone been able to run this file successfully.
