[Insight-users] How to save a itk::Mesh in a file??

Hi all,

I would like to know if it is possible to save an 
itk::Mesh objetc in a file.

I have been reading the first chapters of the 
'ITKSoftwareGuide', and I know how to read and write
from/to a file a itk::Image with itk::ImageFileReader 
and itk::ImageFileWriter.

Could it be possible to save a itk::Mesh as a 
itk::Image?
