Dear Insight developers,

I realised that the BSplineResampleImageFunction is currently not wrapped
for Python. My wish would be to use ITK from python to resample image
volumes according to a spesified affine transformation and using B-spline
interpolation. I would like to add this function to wishlist of functions to
be wrapped.
