Provided the image:
- are coded with 'signed short' pixel/voxel,
- is 2 dimensions.

If you have char/int/float... or a 3D image, you need to edit the file. 
And change:

const   unsigned int        Dimension = 3; //for 3D
typedef unsigned char        InputPixelType; //for UCHAR
