[Insight-users] CMake error when using FLTK

Hi u all,

When i try to build the dsws of any of the applications interacting with 
FLTK i get the following errors on CMake:

"Unknown Cmake commmand "ADD_GUI_EXECUTABLE"."
and
"FLTK_WRAP_UI called with FLTK_WRAP_UI undefined"

Im using CMake 1.6.6 and the latest CVS InsightApplications version compiled 
with VTK and FLTK . I was trying to run the SegmentationEditorFltkGui 
application when i got this error. Then i tried all of the other 
applications interacting with FLTK and they all give me this same errors.
Can anyone give me some lights on how to solve this??
