Hi Yasser,

It looks like you are mixing VTK versions.


1) What versions of ITK and VTK are you using ?

2) What platform are you using ?

3) Please make sure that there are no other
    versions of VTK installed in your system.
    One way of getting the errors you reported
    is to compile using the headers of one VTK
    version, but linking with the libraries of
    anoter VTK version.


The recommended VTK version is 4.2
